"Good first impression right away"
My socks arrived packed really nicely, and I could just tell right away they’d been handled with some care. Nothing was crushed or awkwardly shoved in the bag, and everything looked neat and clean. It’s a small detail, but my gut reaction was that this felt put-together and professional.

"Soft Socks, Tiny Betrayal"
These socks are really soft and feel nice on, but one pair was weirdly tighter than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, I can still wear them, but after a full day, the comfort definitely starts to fade. So close to being perfect, yet somehow mildly tragic.

"Cute stuff, but my size is always gone"
They have a lot of really cute basics, like simple tees, comfy tanks, everyday leggings, little sweaters, stuff like that, but every time I go to order, my size is out of stock. I’ll find a black top I like, then the medium is gone. Then I’ll check a pair of joggers, same thing. Even the plain white tees or basic neutral colors seem to disappear fast. It’s a little frustrating because I’m not even looking for anything fancy, just regular everyday pieces.

I do like the site overall, and most products have plenty of info, but a few descriptions were worded in a way that felt kind of misleading. The sizing and thickness especially weren’t always clear, so I ended up digging through reviews just to understand what I was actually ordering.
The photos definitely help, but I wish the wording was more straightforward and consistent from one product to the next. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it made shopping feel like more of a guessing game than it should’ve been

"Shipping felt slower than it needed to be"

Am I the only one who thought these socks were really cute at first, but then noticed the heels getting thin quickly? They look nice and I liked them right away, but the durability was just okay for me.

I had this kind of strange green dress I was trying to match, and somehow I actually found socks that went with it. There were way more colors than I expected, not only the basic black and white ones, so that was nice and useful

"Sizing was a little tricky"
I do like the socks overall, but the sizing info on the site was sort of hit or miss for me. I measured the way they suggested, and I’m sure I did it right, but one pair still ended up feeling too tight around the thigh.
Shipping was totally fine, and the socks themselves feel nice, so I wouldn’t call it a bad order. I just think the size notes could be clearer, especially for plus sizing.

"Finally found knee highs that actually fit my calves"
I’m plus size, knee highs usually feel like they were not made with my legs in mind, you know? Sock Dreams showing the actual stretch info made such a difference, and I ended up getting a few pairs that really did go over my calves without cutting in or making me feel uncomfortable.
Shipping was totally normal and easy, and the socks were still comfy after wearing them all day. It just felt really nice to shop somewhere that doesn’t make bigger calves seem like some rare problem, if that makes sense

"Helpful, but they could’ve been quicker"
I had to reach out about my order because something wasn’t clear, and to be fair, they did get back to me with the info I needed. It just took longer than it probably should have, which was a bit annoying since the issue was on their end in the first place. The person I talked to was nice though and helped get it sorted. Overall, not amazing, but not a terrible experience either

Not gonna lie, these stretch way better than I expected and somehow don’t sag after wearing them. I’m starting to think there’s some secret fabric technology they’re not telling us about, because they stay comfy and hold their shape like they’re in on something.

"Soft, but I expected a little more"
I bought these after checking my order email and was excited to try them. They do feel soft when you first put them on, but they weren’t as cozy as I was hoping. After wearing them for a while, the material just felt kind of average. Not bad socks at all, I just expected them to be a bit softer.
